You can spend time choosing a theme, designing the graphics and originating widgets (they are the boxes down the right hand side of the page that will need to be regularly updated)

All you do next is to publish articles regularly and then monitor responses to make sure it’s all going the way you want. Hopefully other like minded individuals will discover your site and contribute with comments. In time you’ll build up a community of bloggers who drive the site and enrich its content.

If you’re very lucky they will be harmonious and you’ll have a stress free time comfortable in the knowledge that you have created a free forum for others that is appreciated and enjoyed many.
